There was a time when I believed achievement was everything.

As an athlete, I learned early how to compete, how to push through, how to perform under pressure. Discipline was required. Excellence was expected. Results mattered.

But what shaped me most wasn’t the spotlight, it was the quiet preparation behind it.

It was the early mornings.
The setbacks.
The moments of self-doubt.
The discipline no one saw.

Through athletics, leadership roles, faith, and life experience, I learned something that now guides everything I build:

Growth doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens by intention.

I’ve seen what happens when young people are expected to perform without first being developed. I’ve seen confidence that looks strong on the outside but lacks foundation underneath. I’ve seen talent without guidance, and potential without structure.

And I knew I wanted to help change that.

PLCFirm was born from that conviction.

I believe leadership starts within: with identity, discipline, mindset, emotional strength, and faith. When those roots are strengthened, everything else grows differently.

This work is personal to me.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I understand the importance of intentional development.
